Red Raspberry (Rubus Idaeus), Stinging Nettles (Urtica Dioica), Yarrow (Achillea Millefolium), Chaste "Vitex" Berries (Vitex Agnus-Castus) , Blue Cohosh (Caulophyllum Thalictroides), Rose Buds (Rosa Spp).
Red Raspberry (Rubus Idaeus): Red Raspberry leaves are rich in manganese, an element that is essential in oxygenating cells. It is used to tone and strengthen the uterus muscles.
Stinging Nettles (Urtica Dioica): Nettles is a nourishing herb that is rich in iron, calcium, magnesium, protein, and other minerals. Nettles are often used to support healthy blood, bones, joints, and skin, to nourish the blood with iron, following blood loss during menstruation. Nettles are a great restorative herb for general weakness.
Yarrow (Achillea Millefolium): Yarrow is known to have homeostatic properties which can help balance heavy blood flow during menstruation. Yarrow is also a diaphoretic and is used to cool fevers and help support the body in fighting off infections.
Chaste "Vitex" Berries (Vitex Agnus-Castus): Vitex berries have warming, drying energetics and are used to help balance female hormones. Vitex is a great support for premenstrual symptoms and balancing reproductive hormones.
Blue Cohosh (Caulophyllum Thalictroides): Blue Cohosh is a cooling, relaxing, antispasmodic herb. This is generally used to help stimulate uterine contractions. Blue cohosh's toning properties can help relax the uterus and ease painful symptoms, such as cramping and breast tenderness. Due to its ability to stimulate contractions, this herb should be avoided by pregnant women or women trying to conceive.
Rose Buds (Rosa Spp): Rose is a cooling, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antidepressant herb. Rose petals are an uplifting addition to herbal preparations.

Add 1 tbs of herbs to 8 oz of water. Steep for 5 mins and strain herbs.
Tip: After you have brewed a cup of tea, you can resteep the same herbs multiple times. Make multiple tea infusions by resteeping the same herbs in hot water for 2 mins. You can reinfuse the herbs about five times, getting the maximum benefit of your tea.

-Allow tea to cool a bit, if adding honey. Adding honey to water over 104 degrees can cause honey to lose its nutritional benefits.
